We withdraw funds to your card with no fee if the withdrawal is over 10,000 roubles. Otherwise the withdrawal fee is 40 roubles.

Every withdrawal goes through an automatic anti-fraud check, and quite often we review donations manually. When in doubt we contact the streamer and ask questions. That is why the maximum withdrawal time differs between plans.

On the Basic and PRO plans, the maximum donation volume per month is 1,000,000 roubles.
On the VIP plan, the monthly limit is set individually.
Since 2022, we can only process donations from cards issued by Russian banks and MIR cards from any bank. The same restrictions apply to withdrawals.

We create a dedicated virtual account for every user, and that is where donations arrive. As with other services, you will need to complete identity verification to use Donatty in full.

We are required to ask what you do, where you publish your content and how to reach you if needed. We review every user manually, so this can take some time, but usually no more than one business day.

First and foremost, the fee funds the development of the service. On top of that, every transaction has a cost of its own. To charge a donor's card or pay out to yours, Donatty has to pay several fees:

the fee charged by the bank that issued your card
the processor's fee (in our case Moneta.ru and Best2Pay)

Whatever is left of the fee after all of the above is paid lets us fund the development of the service. We plan to lower the fee to a minimum as soon as we have other ways to monetise.

Donations in Donatty are gifts; we process payments together with our partner NKO MONETA (LLC), holding Central Bank of Russia licence No. 3508-K dated 29 November 2017, and the Best2Pay LLC system, TIN 7813531811. This is an entirely legal way of processing payments.
