Why the account was blocked

Our payment partner has frozen your wallet because it suspects you are using it for something other than receiving donations on stream. In such cases the account is blocked so that no other user of the service can be harmed by possible fraudulent activity.

How to fix it

To unfreeze your wallet, contact Donatty support. Write to us in the chat or at support@donatty.com and include in your message:

• a link to the channel or website where you publish content and receive donations;

• a recording of the stream where you received the donation in question (if you have one).
